USGA Rules Govern all play except where modified by local rules.
All water hazards are considered lateral.
Out of Bounds (Penalty Area) is defined by property line and the inside edge of all roadways of the hole being played. Under local rule, the player may take relief in fairway nearest point to where ball entered OB for a TWO shot penalty.
Landscape Areas – All planted areas are defined by where the planted area meets the grass line. Play as Penalty Area. Rule 17.1
Greenside Sprinkler Heads – If the sprinkler head is within 2 club-lengths of the putting surface and your ball is within 2 club-lengths of the sprinkler head and the head is in your line of play, you may drop 1 club-length in either direction, no closer to the hole, with no penalty.
